She held positions like researcher, academician, leadership coach, clinician, and psychotherapist in India and abroad. Her international educational credentials and professional training are assets that can cater to individuals across the globe by understanding cultural diversity. She also runs a humanitarian organization called Mikkael Foundation, aimed at improving the livelihood of differently abled children and women from rural backgrounds
