Terms and conditions for single appointment

The following terms and conditions are designed to set clear expectations and ensure a smooth and respectful
therapeutic process for both the client and the therapist. It's important for clients to thoroughly read and
understand these terms before accepting them to avoid any potential misunderstandings or disagreements in the
future.

Terms and conditions for single appointment
  • Confidentiality: Conversations with the therapist will be kept confidential, except in situations where there is a risk of self-harm or harm to others

  • Advance Online Payment: Clients are required to make an online payment before the consultation

  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Full refunds (100%) will be provided for cancellations made up to 48 hours(2 days) prior to the appointment.

    • Partial refunds (50%) will be provided for cancellations made up to 24 hours (1 day) prior to the appointment.

    • No refunds(0%) will be provided for cancellations made with in 24 hours of given appointment.

  • Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling requests can be accommodated upto 24 hours(1 day) prior to the appointment, but no cancellations will be accepted after that point

  • Rescheduled Appointments: The same policies regarding cancellations and rescheduling will apply to the new session slot

  • Missed Appointments/ No shows: No refunds will be given for missed appointments

  • Session Duration: Therapy sessions will last 50 minutes, and if the client is late to the appointment, the session will still end at the allotted time

  • Policy Violations: If the client violates any of the stated policies, the therapy center cannot be held responsible

  • Mutual Respect and Sensitivity: Both the client and the therapist are expected to work together with mutual respect and sensitivity

  • Last Minute Cancellations: Clients are requested not to argue about last-minute cancellations, as the appointment policy will be strictly followed regardless of the reason for cancellation
