Terms & Conditions for Single Appointment

The following terms and conditions are designed to set clear expectations and ensure a smooth and respectful therapeutic process for both the client and the therapist. It's important for clients to thoroughly read and understand these terms before accepting them to avoid any potential misunderstandings or disagreements in the future.

  • Confidentiality: Conversations with the therapist will be kept confidential, except in situations where there is a risk of self-harm or harm to others
  • Advance Online Payment: Clients are required to make an online payment before the consultation
  • Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling requests can be accommodated upto 24 hours(1 day) prior to the appointment, but no cancellations will be accepted after that point
  • Rescheduled Appointments: The same policies regarding cancellations and rescheduling will apply to the new session slot
  • Missed Appointments/ No shows: No refunds will be given for missed appointments
  • Session Duration: Therapy sessions will last 50 minutes, and if the client is late to the appointment, the session will still end at the allotted time
  • Policy Violations: If the client violates any of the stated policies, the therapy center cannot be held responsible
  • Mutual Respect and Sensitivity: Both the client and the therapist are expected to work together with mutual respect and sensitivity

Terms & Conditions for Package or Prepaid Sessions

The following are the terms and conditions designed to set clear expectations and ensure a smooth and respectful therapeutic process for both the client and the therapist. It's important for clients to thoroughly read and understand these terms before accepting them to avoid any potential misunderstandings or disagreements in the future.

  • Choosing the Package: You can choose the package sessions on your own or after having your initial session with a therapist.
  • Validity Period for Package: The validity period for the package will be carefully discussed by the therapist and the client and will be fixed either on the first session or at the end of second session or within 10 days of first session whichever comes first.
  • Completion of Sessions: It is Your responsibility to complete your sessions within the Validity time period, you must contact your therapist to fix your next session. If the therapist is not helping you to fix the session, please send us the email to notify us about the same.
  • You need to take your sessions under the validity period of the sessions, failing to do so will cancel all your subscriptions and no refund will be given in that scenario. You need to re-opt for the packages and restart your journey. In this scenario, we can give you the previously assigned therapist.
  • Frequency of Session: Usually, Session happens once in a week and the Therapist has the freedom to choose the time slot for you. You can request the therapist to have the session as soon as possible.
  • Rescheduling of session: If you won’t be able to take a session on the assigned slot, You must tell the therapist at least 12 hours before the booked slot, failing to do so will cancel your 60mins from the Package.
  • Unhappy services: No partial or any refund will be given in the scenario of unhappy services. The only possibility which exists in this scenario is changing your assigned therapist after carefully considering all the valid points and reasons. In this scenario, your therapy will resume from that point only and no previously used minutes will be given to you. You will only get your leftover minutes for the sessions.
  • Modes of communication: In case of rescheduling and or cancellation the message can be communicated through emailing at contact@soulscape.care or by calling the number +91 82200 38632 or by whatsapp +91 82200 38632 by mentioning the allotted reference number.
  • Applicable laws and dispute resolution:The wellness programs are provided by the licensed and certified professionals who abide by the ethical guidelines of Indian Wellness Industries.

Refund Policies

For Single session

  • Full refunds (100%) will be provided for cancellations made up to 48 hours (2 days) prior to the appointment.
  • Partial refunds (50%) will be provided for cancellations made up to 24 hours (1 day) prior to the appointment.
  • No refunds (0%) will be provided for cancellations made with-in 24 hours of given appointment.
